It's a beautiful restaurant and I've been interested in it for a while. ⭐︎Special Sushi & Premium Sushi I don't like raw shrimp, so I ordered the premium, and the others ordered the premium. The pieces were large, fresh, and very delicious. The red miso soup with clams was also very flavorful with a strong dashi broth. ⭐︎Extra Nigiri We ordered several types of okonomiyaki nigiri. I wondered if it was okay to order so much, but young women eat quite a lot, lol. They ate their fill, saying it was delicious. ⭐︎Sashimi & A La À La Dishes They said they still had some left, so we ordered octopus chunks, a 5-piece sashimi platter, and butter-grilled tentacles. The octopus chunks were carefully sliced, and I loved it the most. When we arrived, there was only one other group there, but by the time we left, it was full. The interior was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. Each branch has its own unique characteristics, which are not found at the directly managed restaurant. They apparently serve lunch, so I'd like to stop by next time I'm in the area. ”

They also have a medium sushi set and a premium sushi set. It comes with dashi, chawanmushi, and red miso soup. And of course, pickled ginger, too (lol). Hatsuzushi is delicious, as always! I usually eat Totomaru's pre-formed sushi, but the balance of the toppings and rice, the way they're shaped, it felt like I was finally eating sushi made by a master chef. The rice was neither hard nor soft, and it softly spread in my mouth. It was irresistible. It was a 12-piece set, but I devoured it all in one go. I could have eaten another serving.
